“A unique, historic hotel that has been updated. Rooms are large and the amenities were nice. Close to downtown with restaurants nearby. ”

“Loved the hotel and it was in a great location. The bar/ restaurant downstairs was wonderful as well. ”

“Hotel appeared to be severely understaffed. My wife and I went to the bar and restaurant on the first evening and were never approached by any waitress or waiter. We went to the bar and again were never served. So we just left and never went back for the remainder of our stay. Housekeeping only serviced the room on the first day of our stay and never returned the other days. Very disappointed with service. ”

“Smell of weed in the hallway this evening. Room is poorly lit. 1/6 cell phone chargers in the room works. I have stayed here before, and it seems that the quality of the room has declined.”

“The manager went out of his way to find me a room, despite every hotel in town being booked solid. It is rare to find service like that anywhere at any hotel”

“Girl at the front desk was super nice. There were some rowdy individuals in the room above me and beside me. Can't really control that. No complaints about the property. I think Morgantown itself needs more street lighting especially in that area. It's very confusing navigating around to get food at night if you need to drive a bit.”
