“My stay was pretty average. The experience wasn’t particularly bad, but it didn’t stand out either. The room itself was mostly fine, though there were a few minor maintenance issues—not enough to bother reporting, but noticeable. The staff varied in their attentiveness. During the evenings, they seemed a bit uninterested and not very welcoming. However, the breakfast staff the next morning was much more pleasant and helpful, which was a nice change. “The property itself was immaculate. Very clean, spacious and just as described. The rooms were very tidy and easy to access. What was upsetting was on the weekend of our stay, there was a live orchestra band playing for some special occasion. They were located in the floor space right outside where our room was located. They rehearsed up until 10:00 p.m. the night before their event and began rehearsing at 8:00 a.m. the Saturday morning of their event. That was unfortunate for people who were……

“Decided to stop for the night on a road trip. Not much to do in Grayson, but the hotel was great. Super clean, friendly staff, and the beds were very comfortable.”

“A spur of the moment trip I needed a nice place to stay. This is my answer. The staff went above and beyond to help me when I went to take a shower and found that the room I originally was in did not have any water pressure they did not hesitate to put me in another room and make sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely stay again only thing I wish they had was an elevator.”
