“We have stayed at The Wyndham Resort in Sevierville, TN about 4x and love it!! It's a great place to stay. We were upgraded at checking in. We had a icemaker in the freezer!! Hooray!! The suite was an upgrade and bigger. I had a actually walk in shower!! So far we haven't had any problems booking through VRBO.”

“We had a wonderful week! Our condo was beautiful and located close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. We were there for the Ripken tournament and it was so close and easy to get to the fields. My only complaint was check in was a mess. We arrived a little before check in and thought we should check if our place was available. It was not, not a big deal. “After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black.
