“Ae have never stayed at the wilderness of the smokies. We wanted to take our 4yr old daughter and 2yr old son to the indoor waterpark. I'm a computer technician by trade, however I found booking a room for this property very confusing. I tried booking through several different websites, however none of them were at a price point I was happy with, nor were thry offering the dates we needed. Finally I found vrbo. At first I wasn't sure if I should trust booking with vrbo, seemed too good to be……

“We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. It was wonderful...perfectly clean and nice and the room was everything promised. The water park was a fun thing for the kids in the evening after volleyball. The reason for my bad review on check in process is that the only thing that annoyed me was that they tried so hard to book me to view their timeshares when I was checking in. I had a long trip to get there and the sales lady would not stop trying to book me for a 90 minute time……

“Great stay however the fire alarm unit(box) within our room makes a clicking sound that’s pretty loud. Overall convenient very clean room. Nice facility. when you check in they need to lighten up on the push to join different Wyndham resorts.”
