“I first fell in love with the property while looking on line for a place to stay. It was cute, had antiques and was large enough for all 5 of us. We could even bring the dog! Once we drove ip to the property, I knew this would be a magical place. A quaint yellow cottage with teacup in the name. How could we go wrong? The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of everything. There were even some plates with the yellow wheat pattern I grew up with! The decorating was amazing with surprises in every……

“We were in Knoxville to be with family and Urban Island was fantastic. You will understand the name of the house when you arrive bc it really is on an island of land! Very nice house with everything you could need. We had a dog we lost a few days before our arrival and the owner’s brought flowers and a dog toy for our other dog. Was really very nice of them! We will definitely be back!”

“My family stopped In for the night on our way home to Ohio from Florida. The location was perfect, just being 10 min from the highway. The house is so charming! The house could use a spring cleaning and the patio furniture needs a good scrubbing but I would defiantly stay at the home again ”

“Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch!The only note is that the clothes dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load. Otherwise, everything was terrific.Would definitely book again for future Knoxville visits. ”

“We enjoyed our stay among friendly neighbors. Close to attractions we really enjoyed! Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Had issues with getting hot water to the master shower, but just used other shower, so no big deal. Backyard was fenced, which we loved, but could use a bit of sprucing up. “The house itself was fine - clean, well stocked, and comfortable beds. The property was not. We had booked this place because they accepted dogs and had a fenced backyard. The grounds were overrun with grass and weeds and with the amount of trash (including broken glass and some very unhygienic items that I won’t mention) in the backyard, we couldn’t let our dog back there, even on a leash.
