“After this amazing experience I would definitely do it all over again. The house is extremely spacious, the beds were all very comfortable, everything was extremely clean, the neighborhood is also very quiet. This was absolutely perfect for my family and I. I recommend this home to anyone who has kids or looking to stay for a few days. “We were in Knoxville to be with family and Urban Island was fantastic. You will understand the name of the house when you arrive bc it really is on an island of land! Very nice house with everything you could need. We had a dog we lost a few days before our arrival and the owner’s brought flowers and a dog toy for our other dog. Was really very nice of them! We will definitely be back!”

“My family stopped In for the night on our way home to Ohio from Florida. The location was perfect, just being 10 min from the highway. The house is so charming! The house could use a spring cleaning and the patio furniture needs a good scrubbing but I would defiantly stay at the home again ”
