“We really enjoyed the cabin! Great location! Really glad to have a dock for our boat! It was easy to touch base with our host, Oksana. She was very helpful and prompt. Beautiful lake!! The cabin was just as described...older with lots of history yet quite comfortable! So glad we found a house we could bring our dog! She's a lab and many places dont allow an 80 lb. dog. Only thing i would say is the parking was pretty tight with our boat trailer. Thanks for a well kept cabin and all the……

“We had a great time staying in this cabin over the summer. Christie was very accommodating and helpful. The cabin is tucked away in the woods and surrounded by nature, and there are many native birds and bugs in the area and a dense tree canopy. The cabin is far enough away from the highway that traffic sounds are minimal. Downtown Knoxville is a 15 minute drive away and there are several parks nearby. There is access to grocery stores and restaurants within 10 minutes. The Smokey Mountains are……

“My family had an enjoyable stay at the house. It was very clean, relaxing, and met all of our needs. We especially enjoyed all of the games and the beautiful deck. We traveled to Knoxville, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge during our week there. The hostess was very kind to help us out when we experienced some car problems while there. Would recommend the house to others!”

We also enjoyed the proximity to various activities including the Deerfield Marina and Tiki Hut, as well as the golf course. We could not believe the number of deer in the area… so pretty to watch. “Relaxing, peaceful, beautiful. Our stay at the Old French Mill was exactly what we needed. The sound of the waterfalls, buzzing bees, and chirping birds was perfection. It feels incredibly private though just a short drive to the grocery store and downtown Dandridge. The cabin is quiet and cozy and stocked with everything you might need. I sat for hours with coffee and rocked on the porch watching the hummingbirds and enjoying visits from a giant blue heron and the neighboring farm’s adorable……

“We loved the location and the house was just the right size for 3 adults and 2 teens. we enjoyed the jumping plateform and kayaks. The bed in the King room was soooo comfy. Already have friends wanting to have the link to look at it. If wanting to rent a boat I would do it from Sequoia or Whittmans. We rented from Whitmans and loved it.”

“We had a good time. Loved house. Out of 3 coffee makers we got one to work. Thank goodness. Loved having a W/d to use. Grill outside was dirty so we used tin foil and cooked on it. Shutdown instructions were kinda off. There is no downstairs thermostat so cut off upstairs as instructions said. Didn’t get to fish due to an accident on waters before tournament began and investigation had to be done. But overall we loved the stay. The Hearns ”
