“Delightful patio and view. Hot water worked, bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and useable, fridge and appliances all worked,. On the negative, some of the towels were old and scratchy, the living room A/C was noisy. Although building access was good, the windows are weak points in the security of the apartment. The outside of the building is badly in need of maintenance. And, please tell renters about the very tight parking space. ”

“I always love staying downtown Knoxville. The apartment is located right in Market Square, so an easy walk to everything. If the outside downtown noise bothers you, there are disposable earplugs provided. All the necessities are provided and everything was clean and neat. ”

“My 17 year old and I came down for a college visit and football camp. We drove 7.5 hours and were set to get there earlier than expected. Communication was amazing, they were super accommodating and the place itself was adorable. My 6’1” son had to duck a bit but it wasn’t a huge deal. The area is about a 20 min walk from downtown but there’s a student union with a ton of food places about an 8 min walk away and a fun game/drink place 10ish min away. It’s also pretty drivable, we just decided……

“The loft is amaxing! The industrial decor is a perfect vibe for the building...high ceilings, stained cement floors, comfy furniture & cozy blankets made the hot afternoon in better than home. Free parking on Jackson Street around the corner and down the hill after 6 and all weekend. There are at least 20 food establishments, market square, the Sunsphere and mural project are all a short walk. (We always felt safe.)11/10 I'd stay again!”
