“The location was great. However, the bedding was very uncomfortable and outdated. There were no outlets in the bedroom areas and very little options elsewhere. If these units were updated, it would be more worthy of the price they charge.”

“Overall, very nice location and right on the beach. The one thing that was a little disappointing was the sand build up due to the winds. We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand. Could not see out the windows when we first got there because the sand had completely covered the windows. Got out the next morning and found a hose buried under about a foot of sand and rinsed the windows off. The sand……

“This house was just right. It had all of the amenities we needed to make our stay comfy, and it is right on the beach. The house was clean and had plenty of room for my family to sleep and hang out watching a movie and playing games. I would stay here again. ”

“Each floor level is its own experience with the upstairs roof deck to be a spectacular view of the ocean. It was beautiful during sunset. The upstairs room with the corner windows was my favorite to hang out in. Thank you for the memories.”

“Oceanside is a beautiful place! This house worked out perfectly because it had a studio like apartment in the basement for my son and his wife and then the main house had a loft and two other bedrooms, bath and laundry. There is no TV, but the views are so incredible, I didn’t mind. We were able to watch the blood moon eclipse from the two decks that overlook the ocean. There was a small repair that needed to be done, but it could have waited till after we left. I let management know and they……

“We were there a week and enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. There's a good view of the Arch Cape Rocks, and the ocean toward the south. Be aware there are 25 steps up to the house, so if you have trouble with stairs this is a place to avoid. The new bathroom is amazing with a heated floor, and both a rain and hand held shower. The front bedroom is small with no space for suitcases, but there is plenty of space outside the door. We liked……
