“Great location. Layout of house is awesome. Nice sitting area both upstairs and a small one downstairs. Only suggestion is there are only 6 chairs for the dining table and a few stools but if everyone wants to play a game, it's not comfortable for all ”

“I went with a mom friend for a couple days just to take a break. My friend decided last min to bring her pup and it was so easy to communicate with the owner, super easy to get in and out. The stairs up are something so be ready to get your steps in, and it’s literally a 2 min walk to the beach. Great view of the water. It was exactly what was needed.”

The location is perfect with a very large yard for the kids to play plus the beach and water is safe for the little ones to play for hours. Very easy beach access that the great grandparents were able to navigate easily. We loved doing the crabbing and clamming, walking on the beach, bonfires and roasting s'mores.
