“The cabin was great. Well stocked with everything we needed and it was wonderful to be able to sit outside and have a fire while watching the abundant wildlife, including a doe and 2 fawns. The trails on the property were really nice, although we only found the time to do 3 if them. Thank you for sharing your property with us. Mike & Lori”

“Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to……

“Amazing cabin perfect for our family of 4. Close enough to stores but so far off the road you feel very secluded. Everything in this cabin has been thought out to give a great guest experience. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! And the water pressure/quality was surprisingly great for a cabin. ”

“Loved the large screened porch and private yard! Inside the cabin was clean and comfortable. It is the only place on the last hundred yards or so of a dead end road. A short walk from the Mississippi River and a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to a beautiful State Park with great hiking. If you are a light sleeper the trains might be an issue but we thought it was cool to have those distant train whistles.”

“Great trip. Clean cabin that was close proximity to everything we wanted to do. Rented side x sides and kayaks from Webb’s rental in Hatfield. Weather was great and cabin was fantastic. Five beds for 5 guys. Nobody had to share. Huge selling point for us. ”

“Very comfortable and quiet. While the weather outside was very hot and humid the air conditioning was more than adequate to provide a very comfortable setting. There were a few minor problems with the DIRECTV thus we recommend taking some DVDs in case there are any additional complications. This however, was a minor inconvenience.
