“We stayed here so we could celebrate the holidays with family that lives nearby. We loved everything about this place. There was plenty of space. The home had several cozy places to relax and read. The home is very clean and all the details are taken care of. The home is beautifully decorated. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We highly recommend this home!”

“Sandman is a 10/10 for me my opinion the staff is very friendly I consider myself a regular ( I'm contracted so I work weekends ) so I book weekends beds and showers are okay heat and A/C work great specially a good spot to get a night's rest ”

“This property is under new owners. It is in rural Iowa and an older facility. Well maintained and clean. the new owners were very accommodating and they have plans for upgrading this property.”

“We were in town for a family reunion and this house was a great alternative to hotel rooms. Very clean and cute inside, well stocked with regular supplies, good water pressure, ceiling fans and good A/C. I would recommend going to room darkening curtains in the bedrooms”

“From communicating about the property and our access of it, Zack made it easy for us to settle into the family weekend together. Clean, comfortable and enough space for our party of 14 to play well and sleep well. Love the heated pool...everything in the kitchen we needed for cooking breakfast. One of the best we've enjoyed over the years. We also took advantage of renting the family "ranch area" for 4 hours for fun and burgers and toasted marshmallows.
