“We came to Hamburg from Arizona to visit my fiance's sister that he hadn't seen in almost 10 years and this apartment was perfect. The host was wonderful and gave us excellent instructions on how to get checked in a few days before our trip and made the process super easy. He answered any questions I had within 1-3 minutes and was so kind. The apartment was clean, very cozy and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept great every night. Location was perfect, only a 5 minute……

“This property is immaculate! I specifically chose this property based on a previous stay because of its cleanliness and amenities. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The home is easily accessible, is stocked with many items one might need, it is walking distance to a convenience store,and great parking.”

“We booked as a family of 4 as we just needed space to sleep and rest up before daily activities. The online listed showed two roll out beds in the loft and upon arrival, there was only one. After reaching out to the host, a quick response was received and a solution provided. The check-in email also indicated two TVs however there was only one. We did not reach out to host bc for us, it was not needed. They do have a small dehumidifier that needed emptied frequently during our stay. Otherwise……
