My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. I like to walk and the location was perfect to walk to shops and restaurants — and of course Rosie’s ice cream ( yum!!!) Our host was kind enough to let us have a later check out.
