“If you are visiting this beautiful region of the country this is a great property to choose. The location is perfect - quiet and peaceful in the farmland surrounded by mountains just minutes from Alamosa. The homeowner is very responsive - answering questions within minutes even - in my experience - during a major holiday weekend. We all commented how nice it was to return to our VRBO each day after the adventures. I will stay here again the next time I visit this region of Colorado. ……

“The house was neat and quiet,each room had its own unique feeling of peace and relaxation. The country kitchen was awesome, and bar/family room was cozy. Enjoyed ping pong as well. The host was fabulous amazing intriguing and fun. We partied we saw the whole ranch, played with cows horses and dog. Unique location unique host. Must stay VRBO again. ”

“We really enjoyed staying in this duplex. It was a cozy home away from home with lots of fun toys- the air hockey was a huge hit!- and great location close to downtown and all the sites we wanted to visit. 4 stars on cleanliness because when we sat on the carpets we got covered in dog fur. A golden retriever had definitely stayed there before we did. Otherwise very clean. ”

“We were tired after a long travel day, entered the home to discover the home smells of dog urine and the kitchen having mouse poop on the counter, Also discovered mouse poop by the sliding glass door and fireplace. I wouldn’t return to this home. ”
