“This house was perfect for what we needed and was centrally located for the events we needed to attend. The house was very clean and comfortable. ”

“Home was fine for fishing trip.A/C worked well and it was very hot. Location was about a 15 minute drive to the dam to launch. The Wild Duck was fairly close and had good food and friendly waitstaff. ”

“Very well appointed, clean comfortable. Nice outdoor deck plenty of hot water for showers etc. great hosts. Everything you might need is there. Didn’t use hot tub, but looked inviting. We had 2 pickups and 2 boats,we had to be creative with parking. Hosts offered alternatives to accommodate us. Great for couples with kids. Bunk beds in second bedroom but we made them work. We are all in our 70’s. It was a good stay! ”

“The is roomy and very clean upon arrival. Nice amenities in bathrooms. Plenty of clean, good towels. We enjoyed the trip. One of the patio ceiling fans was too noisy but we were unable to stop it without stopping the other fan getting turned off too. We adapted. Had a great time. Weather was perfect too. ”

“It was the right size for our family gathering. I would say it was built in the 1960s, so it has some age on it. We all enjoyed the spacious living room, nice-sized kitchen and 2 full baths and a half bath. We had to clean the outdoor areas. Very dirty. The frig door was full of used itemd. Pots and pans old, grungy and unusable.”

“My husband and I were looking for a great place to rest and relax from our busy lifestyle. This was perfect. Our favorite was setting out on the porch and watching the deer come right up to the porch and watch us as we watched them. It was quiet and peaceful. Just what we needed. ”

“The property was a seemingly pretty new doublewide trailer with easy access to a lake with a dock for fishing. There was a nice back porch for eating meals. We were able to drive into Brownwood for a fantastic dinner at a restaurant called the Turtle, I believe. Should be checked out. The food was excellent. We had a great time.”

“Great spring break rental! We loved getting cozy near the fire place and listening to music on built- in speakers. The light setup outside was beautiful. Only down side was creek was too low and bank too steep to fish from the bank. Would have been nice if dock was complete to fish from. We were able to fish a from another creek about 5miles down the road.”
