“This is an older property, but Aaron has made it comfortable and homey. My family all said the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell (likely from a previous tenant not respecting the policy), but it wasn’t overwhelming. We took our dog for walks, the immediate neighborhood seemed nice but the main streets seemed a bit rough.Netflix and games were a nice touch.”

“I traveled with my teenage grandchildren to visit their cousin at Toledo University. We absolutely loved this industrial style loft apartment. They enjoyed the "escape room" vibe for finding and parking. It was spotlessly clean and quality furnishings which I very much appreciated. We could walk to restaurants and a Mud Hen game. Downtown parks are well worth the visit. Host was gracious and responsive.”

“Be aware that the front doors to the units do not completely seal, some have large gaps, which means everyone throughout the building/hallway can hear what’s happening in your room. Aside from that, the property itself was nice and clean with no issues. ”
