“Would definitely recommend this spot as it provided all amenities needed for a summer get away. It was local to a new beach each day! The three bedrooms were spacious and gave my kids a good night rest after a long summer day. The host was sweet and made sure all was ok when settling in and checked in to see if we needed anything. Would book again!”

“I stayed at Arnie's place, on the 2nd level, with a friend of mine, while our husband's were fishing off Block Island for a few days. This is my second time staying with Arnie. Previously, I have rented his studio-style apartment, when visiting with my husband. Arnie's place is a good location. We flew in from Westerly airport, and could literally walk from the airport to Arnie's in less than 5 minutes. It's also about a 15-20 minute walk over to Payne's Dock and about the same amount of time……

The dirt road was difficult to navigate with bikes, and was a bit more removed from town than I had expected. I would stay here again if I had a car on the island. ”

“The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean!”

“Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights.”
