“This is an incredible location with stunning views of the Chateau! The personnel were incredibly welcoming and very friendly. In particular, Mathis went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. He even took our bags and gave us a private tour! We had an amazing time in this absolutely gorgeous hotel. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options. It was so easy to park. The Chateau is only a few minutes walking from the hotel. My only disappointment was that we didn’t……

“We had a great stay, although unfortunately we didn’t have time to make use of the spa facilities. The room was really clean and beds were nice. Staff was nice and very helpful. The food was amazing! ”

“入住當天旅館接待人員晚間主動詢問我們幾點抵達，我們當時預估九點左右，我們大概九點零五分抵達後，旅館人員也還在櫃檯等待我們，其實他是九點下班，很感謝他加班為了迎接我們。 整個飯店很有歷史感，有可愛的花園，距離雪儂梭堡步行五分鐘即可抵達，房間寬敞有一個小陽台，也有提供咖啡茶和礦泉水，也可以直接向櫃檯購買夏儂索堡的門票，免除排隊的時間。 唯一感覺較不便的是沒有電梯，但是考量飯店的歷史，能夠理解。 旅館有自己的停車場，不額外收費，非常方便。”

“Excellent hôtel, très beau et bien situé, superbe bâtiment. L’ensemble piscine intérieure et extérieure et sauna etc etait magnifique et très agréable. Jolie décoration, chambre agréable même si la climatisation n’était pas au top. Petit déjeuner un peu cher pour le choix/diversité mais bon. Très bon service en général. Belle expérience et hotel que je recommande ”

“A lovely modern hotel situated in a very convenient location. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.”

“We stayed 2 nights. The first night was on a 1st floor room by a busy street. However, the manager was very responsive to our request to change rooms. Our second night was delightful. Be away no air conditioning, but this time of year (early June) was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. ”

“酒店位置很好，离布洛瓦车站步行8分钟，隔壁有大型卖场，出门左转5分钟步行有达美乐披萨。酒店早餐品种不多但能吃饱，橙汁有鲜榨的，还可以煮鸡蛋，大堂有免费饮水机，提供免费速溶咖啡，茶等饮品，接待员英语不错，交流沟通没问题，态度也很nice。”

“Séjour d'une nuit vendredi 9 mai - samedi 10 mai (et non jeudi 8 mai - vendredi 9 mai). Accueil très satisfaisant. Amabilité et disponibilité du personnel. Jolie décoration dans tout l'hôtel. Petit bémol : des filets de cheveux dans le receveur de douche et sur un carreau du carrelage ! Je n'ai pas voulu le déclarer compte tenu de la parfaite propreté partout.”

“Quarto simples, porém amplo, muito agradável, com uma vista incrível da praça e dos fundos do castelo! Banheiro reformado e espaçoso. O hotel não possui ar condicionado, mas na época em que fomos, em maio, não fez falta. O ponto alto do hotel é o café da manhã e seu salão incrível! Muitas opções de pães, queijos regionais, frios, geléias, frutas, chás e cafés, tudo muito saboroso!”

“Not close to anything and forced to eat at the hotel restaurant. The steak was unbelievably hard and impossible to eat. Worst meal in the whole trip.”
