“Nice Staff clean environment in Lobby, Hallways and Room.”

“An historic property conveniently located in downtown Ottumwa. The food offered in the hotel’s cafe is excellent.”

“The hotel was great, as was the staff. Perhaps add more clothing hangers in the closet. Sofa was exceptionally comfortable as was the bed. The room was well-appointed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.”

“Pros: The room was clean and modern. Cons: The long term residents fought loudly and continually. Theiy had two dogs that barked incessantly. Other guest's decided the parking lot was a good place to party well into the night. Breakfast selections sorely lacking. It seems to be more of a long-term hotel than a regular hotel. ”
