“A very cool place to stay. Not like any house, cabin, or cottage than a soda factory, completely renovated with the industrial look. That being said it was dark with all the gray. I liked how updated and fresh everything was, the new powerful appliances, and soft comfy beds. Except for the couches, which were old, and smelled like wet dog. “Property and location is excellent. located just a few blocks of Hughesville Highschool where 14 firefighters from Winburne Fire Company in Clearfield County participated in a variety of different training courses offered. much better than driving an hour and a half each day. after class member participated in games and just general conversations. all were very pleased with the property. “This house is roomy and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in the area. There were six of us. Location is good for visiting World's End State Park and local hiking. We chose not to purchase a temporary membership in Eagles Mere Association. (For our weekend stay, the Association quoted us a $70 fee in order to use facilities.
