“This is one of my favorite Auburn rentals. A simple, historic studio loft in the heart of downtown. Walk right out to shopping, restaurants, bars and campus.”

“We toured Auburn and wanted to get the full experience downtown. The condo was exactly as described. My 17yr old enjoyed the people watching of students walking in and out of the bars. If nightlife isn’t your thing or a light sleeper- the bar on either side could be too much for you. ”

“We loved staying at this property. It was the perfect location for visiting our AU student. Weekend nights were a bit noisy due to it’s proximity to Sky Bar but the sound machine helped!”

“The property was wonderful. More than enough room for 1-2. When I pulled in saw students lived in the complex so was curious about the noise but it was not an issue at all and location is fantastic!”

“Perfect location to allow walking into town and campus. Plenty of bedding option and they worked perfectly for us and our daughter’s family. The futon in bedroom was perfect for the 4 yr old to have his own bed in the same room as parents. ”

“This was a great property, with a great location in relation to Auburn University. The campus is across the street. The property is over a bar, so the music pounds until 2am nightly. After that you can hear a pin drop. So if you have trouble sleeping with music pounding. Don’t book this. I fall asleep nightly with AirPods and an audio book, so it wasn’t a problem for me. ”

“Great location. Great Villa”

“We stayed at this property for 2 nights while we went to visit our daughter at Auburn. It's on the 2nd floor of a condo. The views from both balconies are beautiful. There is a pool, dock, and small beach area. The kitchen has all the necessities to make meals if you want to. We did have to contact the manager for toilet paper and hangers. Their response was very quick and efficient. We would stay here again. ”
