“This is our second time staying at this condo. It's perfect! It has a dedicated boat slip, and the water is just a few steps away. The patio has two entrances, one from the master bedroom, the other from the den. It's very quiet here. Never heard our neighbors.Kitchen was well stocked. Master bed very comfortable. We did not utilize the sleeper sofa.You are really close to Harbor Point Marina and The Landing (great food and drink). Just outside the entrance to the neighborhood is a nice……

“We absolutely loved the house! Wonderful views, especially at sunset! The house was very clean when we arrived and was great to relax at after boating and swimming. The dock was great for tying the boat up to and getting in the water for a swim. We also enjoyed the the outside bbq grills. We would absolutely stay at this property again! ”

“House was amazing! The views from inside the house and the deck were perfect! Favorite features were the Master Shower and hot tub! I also must mention the location on the lake was ideal! With a public launch 9 minutes from the house. The owners were great to talk to and were very helpful! We do hope to be able to stay there again next summer! ”

“Everything was great. Only negative is that the outside decks and gazebo needed cleaning. Lots of spider webs, hornet nest underneath swing, and windows needed cleaning. Just looked like no one had been there for a while. All else was fantastic. Exactly what we needed for a family getaway.”

“Our Papa turned 80! Kids and grandkids with family and friends gathered to celebrate! House slept us all very comfortably. We were able to dock boat and enjoy several outings on beautiful Lake Martin. Lot was great for our shrimp boil and games. Favorite spot for all was THE PORCH! Close to restaurants, pizza pickup and convenience stores. Fabulous place to stay!!!!”
