“Our room was very nice and clean; the staff was great. The bed was VERY hard, which made it difficult for me to sleep. We had issues every day with the water in the bathroom, i.e., one day I was almost scalded in the shower, because there was no cold water; the next three days, the water would start out warm, then instantly turned cold.
