“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper……

“What amazing stay! We can't say enough good things about this house in Ocean Bay Park. Our group included four couples and an 18 month old, and there was more than enough space for all of us to be together or take some time apart. The living area is big, with seating for many in front of the tv. The kitchen is very well supplied and roomy enough for a few people to cook meals together. “We had a wonderful 6 night stay at the cottage in Center Moriches. The cottage is on a larger property - the owner’s home is at the waters edge with a dock and the cottage sits back from their home. We had access to the dock and a play set and kayaks. “The location was great, walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunrises/sunsets and not too much traffic on Dune road. The views were amazing and the second level was a perfect entertainment area. We loved how many bedrooms and bathrooms the house had - made it easy to get ready quickly! The property manager was so responsive and helpful to anything we needed! ”
