We were so grateful that he was able to make this happen for us. We were staying here for our son's wedding, which was at the venue not far away. He made our stay very accommodating, and the house and location worked out great for us. ”

“We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras……

“Nestled in trees, quiet, peaceful area. Loved the hammocks under the trees! The lake can be seen through the trees, but no close access to the water. Kitchen had everything needed. Plenty of clean towels & paper goods. Bedding was clean and comfy. Enjoyed all the windows and the view. It was enjoyable to on the deck. Great weekend stay with girlfriends! ”

“We had a party of 10 who come to Manhattan each year for a K-State football game. The schoolhouse was perfect for the size of our group. The kitchen and living areas are sizable and open and very comfortable for several people. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee makers, dishware, pots & pans, glassware, etc. We cooked breakfast there each morning and the space allowed the cooks to easily make preparations. All rooms were very clean; beds were comfortable. Jan was easy to work with and……
