“Property is nice and clean, manager is responsive and easy to work with. Good communication. Pool is large, toys and equipment included. This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. Air conditioning works great, water pressure is a bit low, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances. Bathrooms large and accommodating. Good location for four……

“If I could rate it more than 5 stars on cleanliness I would! Communition was prompt and professional. We did not have the weather we wanted for the plans we had, so we stayed in for most of our trip, but was not bored or cramped. The 5 of us enjoyed the hot tub and games that were in the house. Even, Perry, the dog was a delight. ”
