“Had a great time in Parker on the 4th. The home was clean and ready for us. Plenty of space for 4 adults.”

“House is 2 houses in one which I didn’t realize when booking. We literally had an adult kitchen and a kids kitchen and living room. Everything was great. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you need. Trash take out was confusing but the agent was helpful with that at the end of our stay. House is pretty spectacular. ”

“This is our sixth visit to Parker and our second time at this VRBO. This is also our favorite rental of all the places we have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, great view of the mountains and water. The A/C works great and the patio is super comfortable with nice seating, working BBQ and outside ceiling fan! Communication with the host is easy and fast. Couldn't ask for anything more!”

“Outstanding place to stay for a week at Havasu Lake. We had a group of 10, ranging from 5 to 70 in age. Celebrated three birthdays during our stay. Parked a rented boat at the nearby marina which was only 10 minutes away. The location is next to the desert which gave us feeling of being away from the city. The place was clean and well kept. We enjoyed indoor and outdoor dining!”

“Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to……

“Property was in a great location. Close to everything. Had everything we needed. We didn't use patio, dishwasher, stove/oven and washer and dryer but is nice to have all that there if needed. Owners of property were very helpful and informative. This was our second time staying there and would love to stay again in the future.”

“This is a great property and great location right on the river. Check In process was seamless and the host was very responsive and attentive. The kitchen was equiped with utensils and spices, although I'd recommend a few more pans for cooking. There was plenty of towels and bathrooms stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash just in case you forget yours. Overall everything was great and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the water! ”
