“The property shows signs of heavy use, with chipped kitchen cabinets and stove burners that do not all function properly. The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. Additionally, we noticed a strong sewer smell in the parking area. Our child's feet were black from walking on the floor upon arrival, requiring us to clean the floors. I also had to……

“Your neighbors are the best, very kind. You home was clean. Butl decor is very much out dated. Single beds not comfortable. ”

“Plenty of room for multiple boats. A group of us were intown for a fishing tournament. Place was clean and easy. Comfortable and pleanty of parking. Only gripes; sower soaps were empty and the kitchen sink had no plug”

“Perfect for 6 people for 3 nights, quiet area, quick access to Parker and the River. Very clean, and a super fun pool table which got a lot of use. Would definitely stay here again.”
