“My friend came from Illinois and this was a first time to Lake Havasu for us both. The property was in fairly good shape. We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that needed attention such as more bath towels and washcloths, tub needs non skid strips as it was slippery getting in and out, comforters needed to be cleaned of "interesting stains" on it, needed a box fan for use on the covered patio, patio lighting needs attention as it flickered a lot, lack of shade on upper patio. There……

“This was a perfect fit for us! The cottage had plenty of room for us (2). It was very comfortable, we had a little patio to sit outside, and a grill we could use.The host was very nice and very accommodating and we had access to the pool and hot tub. The host had 3 adorable dogs that would greet us. It was the PERFECT stay”

“Sonia was a great person to deal with. Answered questions in a timely manner. Was patient when we were having problems with VRBO and booking. The only downfall to the unit is the extremely low ceiling in the loft. Quite difficult to crawl around from the stairs to the bed, and careful when sitting up. Even knowing it was low I still banged my head a couple of times. Other than that it was a great resort on the water.”

“The property itself is good. The RV Park needs a lot of work. Roads and cleanliness are needed. We tried using the screen on the patio door. It would not slide. We tried fixing it but needs a little attention. ”
