“My friend came from Illinois and this was a first time to Lake Havasu for us both. The property was in fairly good shape. We did enjoy our stay, but there were a few things that needed attention such as more bath towels and washcloths, tub needs non skid strips as it was slippery getting in and out, comforters needed to be cleaned of "interesting stains" on it, needed a box fan for use on the covered patio, patio lighting needs attention as it flickered a lot, lack of shade on upper patio. “This was a perfect fit for us! The cottage had plenty of room for us (2). It was very comfortable, we had a little patio to sit outside, and a grill we could use.The host was very nice and very accommodating and we had access to the pool and hot tub. The host had 3 adorable dogs that would greet us. It was the PERFECT stay”

“The property itself is good. The RV Park needs a lot of work. Roads and cleanliness are needed. We tried using the screen on the patio door. It would not slide. We tried fixing it but needs a little attention. ”

“Beautiful home with great views. Check in was easy. The driveway is steep and scary at first but by the end of our trip it wasn’t so bad. The garage is big but in the single bay there is a side by side or something parked so it made it a little tight for two cars next to each other. The property manager was quick to respond but there were a few things that could have been better. We weren’t able to get in the front door. The code worked and the door said it was unlocked but wouldn’t open. There……

“The property is infested with rats and we have to leave early after seeing them. They are living on the propery with their droppings behind a bank bed where chuldren sleep. I reached out to the owner of this vrbo and no reply. Other than that lots of problems on this dilapidated property including funky smelling water and everything falling apart and not clean. Not even enough sheets for pillows.”
