“Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. ”

“Had a great time at this cabin it accommodated our family perfectly especially having our fury family with us and a fenced in yard right off the fenced in outdoor patio. Cabin was very clean and very stocked for whatever you needed all instructions and check in and checking out was great. ”

“I recently stayed at Elk Springs Resorts, and my experience, despite some positives, fell short of expectations for a purported 5-star resort. Areas of Concern: Cleanliness: The accommodation lacked cleanliness standards, with visible dust in vents and filters, as well as under furniture, creating an unpleasant environment. Stained Linens: Master bed sheets had noticeable blood stains, an unacceptable issue for a 5-star resort. Towel Quality: The provided towels were rough, some even stained.……

“The stay was great! Great cabin and great location. Owners communication was awesome. Towels were left behind from last stay, so that is only reason cleanliness got one less star. But as soon as I let the owners know, they went above and beyond to fix it and make sure the rest of the stay was amazing!”
