“It’s an apt above a barn, the view was great but the sulfur smell from the well water was pretty intense. Felt like I was back in an apt in Paris. But over all it was a great stay. Thank you for the quick response when we didn’t know how to change the temperature on the thermostat. ”

“Great place. Place was immaculate when we checked in. Close to town for restaurants and bars but right off main road that takes you down the west coast of Seneca lake. So, easy drive to the wineries. I would definitely book again if we return. PS: 2 parking spots for the unit are available. Had a few conversations with the host and she responded immediately. ”

“This is our second time staying at the cutest apartment in Geneva! It's beautifully appointed. Fresh flowers, a basket of snacks and a great bottle of wine upon arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are new and spotless. The linens are both pretty and cozy. We have a freshman athlete at Hobart so we spend lots of time in Geneva in the winter / spring and look forward to many more stays at Kelly's suite. ”

“We had a great time in this charming little town. The apartment was also full of charm and very clean. The Wagner Restaurant has the best breakfast with a small town diner feel - we ate their every morning for breakfast. “Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay for 5 days. Great amenities that included dish washing soap to wash the dishes easily and laundry detergent and washer/dryer to do our laundry. Kitchen, living room and two bedrooms were all clean and very spacious. We didn’t get to use tye outdoor firepit, and we had the entire backyard to ourselves as it was an offseason stay. We will definitely recommend this place/host and hoping to come back when we visit the finger lakes region again.”

“I am so happy we picked this cute studio loft for our visit. In addition to the excellent location, the studio was remodeled perfectly and equipped with top of the line amenities... better than any hotel! Our pup enjoyed it as well, and she must have been comfy because she didn't wake us up all three nights we were there... which is rare for her! “Perfect place to stay in Penn Yan. The wine bar below is a gem! Couple that owns it is lovely and food, drinks and service was great! Definitely make a reservation for brunch! The only little down side of this place was the steep steps to carry up luggage. We underestimated the time to take our luggage down and around back to the car. It was lovely place to stay.
