“This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a friends trip. It is exceptionally clean (and I am a germaphobe). The location is right in the middle of the bar and restaurant district. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Karen was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and my friends would too!”

“The Graoe Escape was exactly what we were looking for. It is camping without the tent! The view was wonderful, woke up and went to sleep with sounds of nature. Even in the rain it was a perfect getaway. Dave was quick to respond when we had a question and went above and beyond for our stay! Would recommend and stay again. ”

“What a gem! I absolutely loved staying there. The property grounds were amazing and absolutely perfect for my 2 dogs to run around freely. Listening to the Keuka Outlet was peaceful. It was great having trail access so close for us to walk in. The cabin and amenities were perfect for our stay. I loved the comforts of staying in the cabin with the feel of camping. “Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed.”

“The cottage was in a good location to get to things around Keuka and Seneca lakes. Having access to the water was a great plus. The host gave very good directions for how to find the driveway to the cottage and the best road to take to get to it as it was a bit hidden and Google maps always directed to go on a different road. “A group of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was right on the water and was beautiful. The host provided a lot of great information leading up to this day. They have a park pass that you can borrow and they had firewood available if you wanna stay in and have a fire. I would definitely recommend this stay to large groups. ”
