“We had a great time at Skyler's place! He accommodated an early check-in for us and was very responsive and available throughout the process. We decided to bring takeout food and reheat it in the microwave since it was unclear from the photos what cooking appliances were available. There is a griddle to make breakfast and some pans that could be used with it! I would bring cooking tools for anyone who likes this just to ensure you have everything you need. Overall the place was great! It was……

“Felt safe and cozy once inside for sure! Heat worked very well since it was cold outside - water pressure in kitchen sink was very low and annoying - overall was a fine stay.”

“Everything about our stay at The Modern Moose was excellent! It was the perfect place for our annual friends ski trip. The house is lovely, comfortable and centrally located. An easy drive up the mountain to skiing and a short drive to stores and restaurants. We loved the basement with games, the hot tub and the extremely comfortable couch after a day of skiing. Shay was very communicative and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back next year!!”

“Great location for skiing plus a few restaurants and grocery close by. Be sure to leave early for skiing, especially snowbird, because the parking fills up quickly. We left every morning by 7:30. The property was very nice and the hot tub was used daily. It was a little dated but it was nice to have available to use and was very clean. ”

“I had a great stay at this Alta / Snowbird place. The unit is a bit tricky to find because Google Maps / Apple Maps / Waze doesn't work for finding the right unit. Turn-by-turn directions would be nice. Otherwise it was a great location for accessing Alta and Snowbird and a great place to stay.”

“Perfect for skiing ”

“Yanhua was amazing and made our trip great! From the moment we booked, Yanhua could not have been more responsive and helpful. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone. No complaints from our end and I would recommend this location for anyone looking to stay!”

“This was the perfect place for our family to stay on our recent Utah ski trip. Great location, super clean, well-stocked, updated fixtures and appliances, convenient and large garage, and hot tub for apres ski! The hosts are very friendly, informative, easy to communicate with, and do everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. ”

“When we opened the couch bed, it was covered with hair. Also, the sink in the bathroom was very clogged when we arrived. Water took minutes to drain, and by the time we left, some water was leaking below the sink. Also, the dishes in the cupboard weren't very clean, the floors were dirty, and there was chewed gum on the TV table. However, the property manager was very good at communication, and it served our needs while we were here. A few minor improvements about the cleanliness would elevate……

“Good communication and a very easy check-in and check-out process. The kitchen is well-stocked. If there are tenants in the lower space, just know that you can hear almost everything…including muffled conversations and snoring. Maybe earplugs or a white noise machine would help. ”

“The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay. ”

"The curtains in the room could not be drawn up. The lights outside were on at night, and the next day dawned very early. For people with sleep disorders, it was impossible to sleep! We informed the front desk manager that night, and he said someone would come to fix it. But he didn't come until midnight. We went downstairs again in the early morning to ask, and the front desk lied that the repairman had come, but now he was off work and couldn't fix it. We didn't sleep all night! The front desk was very indifferent, and didn't try to solve the problem. He just said "sorry" coldly."
