“We arrived at the cottage pleased to see it was situated in a quiet neighbourhood secluded by trees providing a nature like setting and lots of privacy. Inside we were greeted with some tasty treats left by our host along with a handy resource manual about the cottage and relevant contact information. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. One bedroom is connected to the master and holds the washer and dryer. The cottage was fully stocked with everything you could want including……

“This cottage is perfect. Spotless and very well organized. Our host was always available. It is within walking distance to downtown Bayfield. And a short drive to several conservation areas. Goderich is about a 15 minute drive. We would absolutely go back.”

“The rooms are clean, plenty of towels. There are four bedrooms upstairs with their own en suite bathroom. There are two other rooms upstairs with a shared bathroom all very comfortable. there is another bedroom on the main floor that looks like it was once a large dining room. They can sleep a bunch of kids, but there’s no bathroom. They need to walk upstairs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. Great outdoor fireplace with firewood supplied. About a 10 minute walk from the beach, we can watch the……

“Beautiful property in an ideal location ”

“Remote and quiet. Great for getting away from everything. The beach was 5 minutes away, and we had it to ourselves. The outdoor space was well thought out, and the bunkie was a nice hang out space, even if you don't need it for sleeping space. Only downside, and nothing the owners can control, is sulfur well water. The owners provide a filter, which helps, but consider bringing some drinking water. ”

“We checked in pretty late due to traffic. But we had Wayne come out and give us the run down on the place. He didn't leave anything out. The communication with the host was unmatched. Super friendly and amazing the whole stay. If we needed anything they were there right away. The even brought out toys for our daughter to play with. Would definitely stay here again. “A family of seniors enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay at this cottage. Small soaps, coffee, chocolates and treats for our little dog were special extras that we appreciated. Lots of towels and facecloths were available and a lovely screened in porch was ideal for playing cards in the evening. A wonderful cottage for that was so enjoyable. Thank you. ”
