“Cute townhome style condo in a great neighborhood close to everything. The bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate and had just enough supplies to pull off a full Easter dinner for 8. The house was clean and well furnished for comfort. The bathrooms seemed recently remodeled. Attention needed on the oven, it had obviously not been cleaned and smoke/smell was overwhelming when it was preheated. Also, bathroom rugs could use a wash. “We were moving our daughter to Columbia and stayed at this property. The neighborhood is beautiful and the house was very clean and everything was easy to find. “The property was perfect!! My family stayed here because we were going to a graduation in Ft Jackson. The drive was super easy and only 25 minutes away from the base. The property location was also easy to visit other places and restaurants. My daughter had workouts to complete while we were here and there was plenty of room to get her runs in. “The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives.”
