“Carrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!! She goes above and beyond. I also saw her giving every guest the same extraordinary service. Thank you! We will be coming back for……

“We had a great stay! From quick check-in, to our clean/fully supplied room, a great breakfast, and easy checkout made for an easy trip. We hadn't been to Columbia, SC before. “My rooms was very clean and the staff was very friendly they had some maintenance going on which caused some delay but the staff was very understandable and didn’t charge extra, i can definitely see the vision for when the maintenance and upgrades are finished. only thing I didn’t like was the area of the parking lot would 10/10 recommend ”
