“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. It was a little chilly, but still such a fun way to experience the neighborhood. The property itself was beautiful—exactly as pictured, but honestly even better in person. “My teen daughter and I stayed here for one night while traveling around PA, NJ and NY. This place is so cute. When we first got here we were greeted and given a quick tour including some history about the house and how it came to be a hotel. The room was very well appointed with a full, updated bathroom. A “continental breakfast” was included which consisted of coffee, juice and fresh fruit, cereal, homemade muffins and coffee cake. The hotel is with 5 minutes walking distance to Independence……

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest ”
