“Friendly courteous staff!”

“We were in the Malvern area for a family event. Because one of our gatherings was to be dinner at the Inne, we found it convenient to stay at the General Warren Inne. Not that I anticipated poor accommodations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cozy suite and the kind, courteous staff. Also, the dinner Saturday evening was very good. Again, staff who worked the private room was great. I want to specifically complement a young lady named Andrea. ”

The Breakfast could have been more. Our personal preference bed was too hard. Overall an experience and wonderful experience. We will definitely be staying there again! Highly recommend! ”

“This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.”
