“Staff was very responsive (they only communicated via text; you check yourself in) but they text you back right away if you need something. They even contacted me that I left something behind when I left which is not something that most hotels would do. I was wary of staying in an old building because I’ve done so before and they were so filthy but this one was very, very clean. The decor and common areas were so cute. The library theme was really adorable and they have a really good assortment……

“A very unique place. Outside looks like any house in the neighborhood, but once you step inside, it feels like you’ve stepped into a medieval castle of sorts. Amazing old world charm, and works of art and pictures everywhere. In the dining room are a lot of pictures of the house thru the years so you can see the progression. “I book the room at KAYAK, but the staff told me that there is NO room when I arrived. And gave me another address. It is much inconvenient !”
