“We won't hesitate to rent this home again. It is simply lovely, well maintained and stocked, well laid out, and spacious. The beds are comfortable and clean with plenty of linens. Serene is the word that keeps coming to me. The former tenants left the garbage cans in the drive, and from what the helpful neighbor told us, filled incorrectly, but the owner was pleasant and prompt when I let them know the situation. Instructions were clear for check in and out. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.……

“Perfect Place ”

“We were here for 10 days for my granddaughter’s birthday celebration. The house was perfect for the 3 of us. I love that the primary suite was on the opposite side of the house. The view of the lake is beautiful. Eating meals outside on the lanai with the television was awesome. Kelli was the perfect host. She was always eager to help bid a situation arose. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Great little two bedroom house with an amazing pool and backyard space. The owners are very responsive and easy to work with. They put thought into little extra touches that made us feel special and cared for. I love the Wilton Manors neighborhood and highly recommend this property.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the pool was huge and heated as requested. The driveway fit our 2 vehicles and boat! The yard was nicely landscaped and fenced for our dog. Only complaints the fire pit did not work, it was rusted out, the pillows on the beds were flat and less than desirable but overall the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had appropriate appliances and items needed to make several meals in the house. Check in was very easy. We did notice some issues with nearby residents and the cops being……

“My family and I enjoyed our stay here for vacation. Great views. Tiki restaurant had excellent drinks friendly staff. Overall great time was had! The only thing I would recommend is having a broom I wanted to sweep the floors and couldn’t find a broom anywhere. Thank you for a great place to stay! ”

“The house was amazing. Very relaxing and great view of the canal. Enjoyed watching the fish fly up into the air. The host was was very attentive. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the grill but would have been ideal. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Really didn’t like the artwork (a little scary. Easy access to house, shopping center, beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back.……

“Our stay here was amazing, the house was superb, pool was fantastic, kitchen well stocked, beach so close, would LOVE to come back!”

“My sisters and nieces and I spent an amazing long weekend at Villa Pine! There was plenty of room for 8 of us, large comfortable beds in the bedrooms and plenty of living space. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space as well. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with Publix and restaurants and shops nearby. We highly recommend Villa Pine for a family, friends get together or girls weekend!”

“Perfect location near beach and state park. House accommodated 14 people including 3 small children. Kitchen, common areas and outdoor space were great. Loved the pool and beach toys and equipment. The visiting Muscovy ducks made a bit of a mess on the deck and racoons made disposal of garbage difficult. The hostess very responsive and even brought us baby gates. We would return to this property!”
