“We had a wonderful time at this property ! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and we used the grill a lot. The pool was so relaxing and they even cleaned it twice while we were there. The beds were AMAZING - so comfortable. The other thing I was so impressed by was the communication. “We were blown away by the awesomness of this location. The owner was extremely responsive and willing to coordinate with our arrival time. Any messages sent to the owner were responded to within the hour. The VRBO itself was extremely clean and the decorations were fancy. The full kitchen helped with keeping meals in. “I stayed here for a (mellow) bachelorette party and it was a great time! The house is a walk from the beach but a pretty short/cheap uber from downtown so overall the location was perfect for us. The house is much bigger than we expected and had everything we needed. The rules may seem scary but the property manager told us they were just because of some really bad guests that the host had at one point, as long as you’re respectful of his property you won’t have an issue. ”

“This was the second time we’ve stayed at this lovely home in the past six months. Once again we had a great stay. The home is located in a great place, close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home is clean and a great size for the 4 of us who stayed. The pool was the perfect temperature and this time there were a bunch of beautiful birds that you could see from the pool. “We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is great. Close to the beach and numerous restaurants and stores. More importantly, the backyard is large and incredible. The pool was clean and warm for the kids. TV in the backyard was a great touch. House was plenty large enough for two couples and two kids (which had their own bed in the third room). The kitchen could use some more cutlery and plates, but this is a very minor thing. We would certainly stay here again. It was a great vacation. ”
