“clean unit. Good for a couple with child (second bedroom is a redone patio space). Beach front property with hopping tikibar on site. good pool area. Walking distance to more restaurants and bars and 20min walk to get on the ft lauderdale water taxi. We did think washer/dryer was in unit but its actually just a coin op in building. ”
