“We stayed at this property for 2 months and greatly enjoyed the location which was moments from the beach. The facilities in the condo were good and the living area was newly refurbished and refurnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. I liked the ample countertop with 4 cushioned bar chairs which allowed us to eat or work there in comfort. My communication with the owner was always helpful and pleasant, the couple of issues which arose (ringing smoke alarm and broken blinds) were dealt with……

“Overall a nice place. Construction next door made it a bit noisy, but it appears to be finishing soon. Bed was comfy and place was clean. Also, nice to have small vacuum in the condo to get rid of never ending sand that’s carried in! Will definitely be on list of places to return to.”

“We couldn’t ask for a better place to spend 3 weeks - beautiful beautiful pool and lounge area.Small complex so you get to interact with all the other guest.The host responded promptly whenever we had a question.The unit was has advertised - fully stocked with whatever you needed.The kitchen in this unit is small but functional.”

“This was a great little condo for a long weekend. Building is located on the beach, nice clean pool and private beach area. The mattress is very soft and has to be up against a wall on one side because the bedroom is so small. Also the construction next door was quite loud, especially early Friday morning. ”

“We stayed for almost a month in Dec 2024-Jan 2025 and had another couple visit for a week during that time. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean and updated. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, bowls and daily dishware/silverware. The view of passing boats 2 blks away was something we enjoyed as well as hanging out at the quiet pool. “This is my go to place to stay in the Pompono Beach Area. Very close to the beach and Pompono Beach Pier where there are restaurants and places to have some cocktails. The area is quite and relaxing. On site management is great. My accommodations were very comfortable and clean. I enjoy having a full kitchen to cook if i did not want to eat out. There is a BBQ outside if needed and the pool area is nice. Check in and check out is very easy and i feel very safe area”
