“The house was just perfect for me, my husband, 4 year old son and my parents. I appreciated the gate around the pool. Everything we needed was either already in the house or available in a nearby Publix. All beach necessities are available at the property so you don't have to worry about bringing anything. The house was clean, kitchen fully stock. If I had to say something slightly negative it would be the wifi. It wasn't the best you're not going to this house to sit on your devices :) ”

“This accommodation was not clearly identified as a short-term type private rental, which created uncertainty upon arrival. Arriving at 11 p.m., I was uneasy walking into a fenced yard with no onsite staff or reception. In the darkness, I wasn’t sure I was at the right property. Initially, I left, contemplating staying in my car, but ultimately decided that was neither safe nor reasonable. Returning through an unsecured gate into the backyard, I managed to enter the unit, which lacked an interior……

“This was definitely our favorite vacation home in our many trips to Florida! The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. The patio and pool were amazing and just right for our party of 6. We will absolutely stay here again! ”

“Very clean, very welcoming and pleasantly surprised with how beautiful and quiet the neighborhood was and proximity to everything we needed. They didn’t have coffee or black pepper, but that’s not a big deal. We were able to go to Publix and grab those things the amenities in the bathroom were great. Fantastic we wished it was a little bit warmer and that it was a little more filled with water but overall the experience was extremely great and we would definitely come back.”
