“Upon the arrival of this lovely townhouse, their lockbox was a little tricky, but we figured it out. All lockboxes are different but what I did like about this one is you did not need a key to the house! You just type in a code. The house was super clean. The beds were all made up, and I noticed the toilets and sinks and bathtubs have all been washed (i’m a bit of a stickler when it comes to that) The place is walking distance to a a souvenir and convenience stores as well as little shops for……

“The location wasn't where we expected it to be (that is not on the host - it's how VRBO does the location before you get the address). And although there was a wonderful, cold A/C in the living room, there wasn't central AC. These two aspects necessitated our cancellation after we got there.Thankfully, the host was amazing. She immediately processed the refund request (minus the fees she is charged by VRBO). And she was wonderful to deal with.Had she had a property in the location we expected to……
