“Loved the property overall. Excellent location. Only complaints are the moldy shower needs a good bleach scrub and the cooking pans need to be replaced. Otherwise a great place to stay! ”

“Excellent location, super close to Deerfield Beach plus lots of great restaurants, bars and the pier. We walked everywhere! The cottage was bigger than we expected and had everything we needed with a lot of unexpected storage. Driveway parking was a plus. We didn’t use much in the kitchen other than the fridge, which is full sized and super convenient. It was a perfect space for the two of us for our 5 day stay. The few times we had to contact the manager, they were very responsive and helpful.……

“Only thing that took away from the place was the loud construction on the road and trying to pull out of the parking area onto Jimmy Buffet memorial highway. But that is out of the host's control. Great stay nonetheless.”

“Had a great stay! The building is freshly painted but a little dated looking from outside, but don't let that deter you. Our room was nice and clean, had excellent views, and the big plus is that it's within a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We really just parked the car, and didn't start it again until it was time to leave. The pool area was a plus. Great view of the waterway and well maintained. We spent an afternoon there and it was almost as good as the beach. ”

“Great location and walk to beach and restaurants. The condo was awesome and Stephanie (our host) was great. We had a minor problem, contacted Stephanie and she responded within a couple minutes and had the problem fixed asap.We would stay here again.”

“Great location. Spacious apartment stacked with all the amenities. Friendly neighbors. Quiet and good air conditioning. WiFi was not good and dropped signal multiple times per day. Also, the property management goes through another online company… Vacasa… And the people that answered the text messages did not know the property or provide answers that were particularly useful when questions were raised. However, overall the property itself and location made this a great stay.”

“Apartment was very clean; nice, quiet neighborhood, easy drive to many restaurants and grocery store. Outside seating area was nice but needs some clean up (old chair thrown in shrubbery) and sliding glass door needs replaced. Comfortable with basic necessities.”
