“This property is amazing, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean it had everything you needed and the little town of Zermatt was so cute with horse and buggy rides, people playing the long horn and other instruments and the train ride up to the Matterhorn was awesome, I would definitely recommend this property and I would love to come back again!!!”

“Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. To bad we didn’t get to try the Michelin star restaurant (was closed ) but definitely we will want to comeback. Is for sure worth to stay at this Hotel if you’re around Milano ”

From train station pick up, check in, restaurant booking, room services, concierge, bar service, to check out with proper Swiss send off, the whole experience was just amazing. "The hotel was great for its value. The room was very cozy and functional although being small. It was super clean as well and the bathroom was very nice and modern. Amazing view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast and friendly staff. No AC but it wasn’t a problem at all, I asked for a fan when I checked in in the afternoon, but in general it’s ok with the window open. Happy that there’s an elevator too."
