“We stayed for a few days while exploring Shetland. Our room was comfortable and warm, with a modern (if snug) en-suite bathroom. The dining room had a good and interesting menu; dinner portions were enormous. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. There was, at times, a little music from the bar audible in the bedroom. ”

“This was a lovely spot to stay for my short stay in Lerwick. The host was friendly and helpful, and their self-serve breakfast room is a lovely place for a bite to eat to start the day. The room is open at all times, so a quick bite is always available. And the home-made baked goods are DELICIOUS - loved the carrot cak. My only minor quibble is that the ferry arrives so early in the morning and the check-in isn't until much later in the day. Would be great to have an earlier check in option.……

“The hotel was clean, warm but dated. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The fact that there was no restaurant meant no meal or breakfast but the staff advised me of lovely alternatives. I believe the hotel has just changed hands so probably just getting things organised and i hope it works for them.”

“Quick and easy check-in and out. Room was large and clean. TV was difficult to control but all that you need was in the room. Breakfast was served which was nice and not a buffet style. Bed was not comfortable and mattress needs to be replaced. Restaurant was fair and not too expensive as the town is a little walk from the hotel.”
