“My mother celebrated her 93rd birthday on this trip. We started renting this property in 1988 and it was a wonderful full circle memory for her. The place was lovely. The only complaint was the water pressure was quite low, but totally understandable with the water situation on the Coast. Will definitely recommend this property to others. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Spare Time beach house. The location was perfect—right across the street from the ocean with an incredible, unobstructed view of the Pacific. “Great house, very cozy, lovely location. We could walk to the ocean. Lots of towels, clean linens. One burner was not very hot but the other ones worked. Slippery shower, slippery stairs - three out of four of us slipped in the shower or stairs. It does smell mildewy, which is kinda gross, but every house I have ever stayed at near the beach has that smell. Really great location. Lovely light. Comfy beds. I saw a couple of ants scouting here and there and knew they would possibly get into food packages so I was strategic with our bags that contained food.
