“Lovely location, next to a small farm. Great views from the balcony, stars at night were spectacular. Nice waking up to the rooster and cows. Our large dog loved the securely enclosed paddock with a lake in the middle. Extremely cosy and warm cottage.”

“It was an absolutely lovely experience and grate place to stay. The most disappointing thing, esotericism on a holiday advertised for kids, is that you can only get 1 hour slots at the pool per day. Yes the pool is emptier when you're there but 1 hour is just not enough! Plus you have to drive to get anywhere else that's kids friendly. So if that changed my rating would improve.”

The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business.……

“We chose Hindscarth for a long awaited family reunion gathering members from across 4 different countries. It was a brilliant stay and we wished we had booked it for longer (we’ve stayed for a week). We loved the stunning breakfast views, the perfect combination of family and private space, and a great location for some of Cornwall’s best attractions. Mike was very responsive, and our stay was everything we hoped it would be. Can’t recommend it enough!”

“We had a great stay in The Bailiff's House, it has absolutely everything you could need. Great base for exploring. We didn't have dogs with us but i have told friends with dogs about it as it would be an ideal place for them with the facilities it has. It was lovely to come back to a nice warm place after mountain biking in the wet muddy weather. ”

“Had a fab stay in bungalow 69 Great location for our holiday plans We went out of school term so it was very quiet too... Very compact inside but it had everything we needed We didnt use the passes that were there or facilities for Hengar manor but a nice option if needed Only improving thing i would suggest is the bungalow number "69" is moved to a more prominent position as its tucked away high and not easy to see above a hugh bush too .. “We loved our family stay at Towerhill. It is a beautifully and meticulously restored historic house. One gorgeous bedroom dates from 1614; the family has been there since 1794. There are excellent mod cons that are beautifully blended, and which make it home-y and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed as are the baths, and the beds are comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and there is much family history - including a gorgeous engraved map of Cornwall that was created by an ancestor.……

“Wow!! Is the only word i can use for this property and the to the owner Debra. I booked this lovely weekend getaway for our daughters 30th birthday and we stayed in pipistrell house. Even before we stayed Debra was spot with communicating with us, if we had any questions then she would respond straight away. The actual stay was just perfect to host any celebration. We had a little concern with the hot tub and Debra and her fabulous team sorted this out within hours. Our stay in the property……

“Absolutely stunning scenery, the location is lovely and being surround by the sounds of the chickens, ducks, wild birds and sheep made sitting and relaxing so much more enjoyable. A real gem if you want to recharge your batteries. The dog was so happy in the garden too, plenty of space for her to run and we could see her most of the time from in the cabin due to the lovely big double doors.
